Gluten Free Bread Recipe

Ingredients:
- 11oz gluten free flour
- 3oz ground almonds
- 1 teaspoon of salt
- 1teaspoon sugar
- 2teaspoon easy blend yeast
- 7oz handhot milk
- 8oz hand hot water
Method:
- Mix together the flour, almonds, salt, sugar and yeast in a mixing bowl.
- Beat in the milk and water to form a firm batter.
- Pour into a 2lb loaf tinand leave to rise for 30 minutes.
- Preheat the oven to gas mark7 220CC/fan or 200c.
- Bake for 25-30min.
- Transfer to wire tray to cool.
This will keep fresh up to 5 days. Will freeze.
